People don’t come to coaching because they lack talent.
They come because they’re exhausted from trying to figure it all out alone.
Maybe you’re…
- Applying for jobs and hearing nothing back
- Second-guessing every decision
- Stuck in a role that drains you
- Unsure how your skills translate outside teaching
Or simply waiting for the “right moment” that never arrives
You’re not stuck you’re overwhelmed.
And clarity changes everything.

I’m Kelly - a former teacher who burned out, rebuilt, and turned that transformation into a mission.
I know what it means to lose confidence, feel trapped, and question who you are outside your job.
I also know how powerful life becomes when you choose to stop waiting.
Today, I help people take the step they’ve been thinking about for years -
with clarity, with confidence, and without apology.
My mission is to support teachers in rediscovering self-love, boosting self-confidence, and reigniting their passion for life as they recover from burnout. Recognising that approximately 78% of UK school staff have experienced mental health symptoms due to workload. I will provide guidance for teachers transitioning from the classroom to confidently pursue new careers or start their own businesses.
You don’t have to navigate this journey alone - recovery-focused support is here when you're ready to take the next step. Get in touch for compassionate stress management and expert guidance - all delivered online, wherever you are in the UK.
